She bursts through the door and tells me all about your lessons, especially last weeks ones when you were doing fun writing. The department presented examples of marking across all Key Stages, with mine being reviewed by the Head of Faculty.

Context (Evidence)

My marking is considered to be "Outstanding" with no targets given for further improvement due to all aspects of Self and Peer-Assessment (including SIR marking) being rigorous and robust. Below is an image of the feedback from this process:

In Half Term 2 I will be leading a 15 minute presentation during English Department Meeting on November ................. focusing on the following 2 areas:
